Replana Cream contains Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin B3 and Helianthus Annuus seed oil.

Hyaluronic Acid is one of the main components of the extracellular matrix. As a highly hydrophilic molecule, it has a humectant function and improves skin hydration. It also contributes to the skin’s resistance to mechanical damage. Vitamin C, besides being a powerful antioxidant, is an essential cofactor for the synthesis of collagen, one of the main components of the extracellular matrix of the dermis, the skin layer responsible for its strength and elasticity. Retinol (Vitamin A) is a regulator of epidermal cell proliferation and of the keratinization process. It also has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Vitamin E contributes to the skin repair process and modulates inflammation. In addition, thanks to its antioxidant function, it counteracts the harmful action of free radicals on the skin, slowing down cell ageing and the appearance of wrinkles and dry skin. Vitamin B3 is a precursor of the coenzymes of many metabolic reactions and is known for its antioxidant action. It also contributes to the maintenance of the skin’s barrier function by increasing hydration and the synthesis of the lipids and proteins that make up the skin barrier, such as ceramides, keratin and filaggrin. Helianthus Annuus seed oil contains oleic acid and linoleic acid, improves skin hydration and, by stimulating keratinocyte proliferation and skin lipid synthesis, promotes the maintenance and repair of the skin barrier.
