Welcome to the Whistleblowing Portal of Sanitpharma srl
The Whistleblowing Portal has been established to manage reports of unethical or unlawful behavior, actions, or activities relating to gender equality, inclusion, and equity, whether they occur within the organization or originate from outside it.
What can you report?
Any form of discrimination and/or any incident of workplace bullying, harassment, abuse, or violence, as well as any violation of the Gender Equality Policy and of the provisions of the Gender Equality Management System (UNI/PdR 125:2022).
Who can report?
The Portal is open to all our stakeholders: management, employees, self-employed workers, consultants, interns, customers, and suppliers.
What information should the report include?
Reports may also be submitted anonymously, so you do not need to provide your first name, last name, or contact details. However, it is essential to make the report as detailed as possible, so that the persons responsible for handling reports can carry out the appropriate checks and investigations to establish whether the matters reported are well founded. The report should include:
- a description of what happened;
- where and when the events took place;
- how you are involved in the events;
- whether the matter has already been reported to other organizations or other persons.
How is the report handled?
Reports will be handled in such a way as to guarantee and respect the confidentiality of the persons and events reported and the anonymity of the whistleblower. The handling and verification of reports are entrusted to company personnel appointed internally, who act in accordance with company procedures, carrying out all activities deemed appropriate and involving, where necessary, the whistleblower or other persons who can provide information on the reported events.
Whistleblower protection
Any personal data included in the report will be processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable privacy legislation, respecting fundamental rights and freedoms, with particular attention to the confidentiality of the persons involved and the security of processing.
