General terms of sale of the Sanitpharma online shop.
The seller
The website www.sanitpharma.com and its online shop are operated by Sanitpharma S.r.l., registered office at Viale Papiniano 44, 20123 Milan (MI), Italy, tax code and VAT number 04442100964, telephone +39 02 407 075 54, email info@sanitpharma.com.
Acceptance of the general terms of sale
By submitting an order online, the Customer accepts and undertakes to comply, in their dealings with Sanitpharma S.r.l., with the general terms of sale and payment set out below, and declares that they have read them. Sanitpharma S.r.l. is not bound by any different terms unless agreed in writing in advance.
Customer’s obligations
The Customer must read these General Terms of Sale before confirming a purchase and expressly accepts them during the ordering process. Submitting an order implies knowledge and full acceptance of these General Terms of Sale.
After submitting the order, the Customer receives an email confirming the purchase, with a summary of the products, prices and shipping costs. The Customer is advised to print or save a copy of these terms, as provided for by Article 51 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
How to purchase
www.sanitpharma.com is a website where parapharmaceutical and cosmetic products can be purchased.
Products, as illustrated and described on their product pages, are purchased by the Customer at the price shown when the order is submitted, plus shipping costs, which are displayed during checkout.
Before the purchase is confirmed, the Customer is shown the unit price of each product chosen, the total price when several products are purchased, and the shipping costs.
Payment
Payment for the products and shipping costs is made by the Customer when the order is submitted, through PayPal, using a PayPal account or the main credit and debit cards accepted by PayPal.
The transaction takes place on PayPal’s secure systems and no card information is passed on to Sanitpharma S.r.l. Data is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) directly to PayPal’s servers, which ensure the security of the transmission in accordance with applicable regulations.
Delivery
Products are delivered to the address given by the Customer. Deliveries take place on working days.
On delivery, the Customer must check that the parcel is intact, undamaged and not wet. If it is not, the Customer may accept it with reservation, telling the courier, and inform Sanitpharma S.r.l.
Right of withdrawal
A Customer acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of the day on which they received the products, under Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a clear statement within that period to info@sanitpharma.com, giving the order number and the products to be returned. Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal. The cost of returning the products is borne by the Customer.
Sanitpharma S.r.l. refunds the full amount paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal, using the same means of payment used for the purchase. The refund may be withheld until the returned products have been received.
Under Article 59(e) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
Legal guarantee of conformity
All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code. If a product is defective or does not match the order, the Customer can contact Sanitpharma S.r.l. to have it replaced or refunded.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes with a Customer who is a consumer fall under the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile.
