Magnesium has a role in the process of cell division and contributes to normal energy metabolism. Myo-inositol is a natural compound, derived from glucose, that serves as a precursor for intracellular second messengers that regulate the insulin signaling pathway. Folic Acid (Vitamin B9) is a water-soluble vitamin that has a role in the process of cell division and in the normal function of the immune system. It also contributes to normal amino acid synthesis and normal homocysteine metabolism.
