AMICO nail solution forms an invisible protective film that isolates the nail and the skin.

It is indicated for:

• people with fragile nails, altered in color or shape, and those predisposed to discomfort of fungal or bacterial origin
• those who frequent at-risk environments (swimming pools, gyms, communal showers)
• those who suffer from onychomycosis or nail psoriasis (as an adjuvant to specific treatments)
• those with thickened or yellowed nails that require deep hygiene

Amico Nail Solution contains Urea, Climbazole, Piroctone Olamine and Tea Tree Oil.

Climbazole has antimycotic activity, exerted mainly by inhibiting ergosterol, one of the main components of the cell membrane of fungi. Piroctone Olamine is an antimycotic agent, active for example against Trichophyton Rubrum, able to block the mitochondrial activity of fungal cells. Tea Tree Oil is extracted from the Melaleuca alternifolia plant. Thanks to its high content of terpenes, which are highly lipophilic molecules, Tea Tree Oil can damage bacterial cell membranes, leading to the leakage of ions and nucleic acids. It also interferes with the LPS-induced synthesis of pro-inflammatory cytokines and prostaglandins. It can also alter the permeability of the cell and mitochondrial membranes of fungal cells. Urea is known for its moisturizing properties. It can also soften the superficial layers of skin and nails, promoting the penetration of other active ingredients.

Using the brush provided, apply the lotion to the nail to be treated, previously cleaned and dried, extending the application to the skin around the nail. Allow to dry for at least 5 minutes. Repeat every evening or at least twice a week.
