Adelant contains Urea, Glycerin, Glycyrrhetinic Acid, Vitamin B3, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Horse Chestnut, Butcher’s Broom and Chamomile extracts.

Urea and Glycerin are known for their moisturizing properties. Glycyrrhetinic Acid is derived from licorice and can reduce oxidative damage in tissues and interfere with the synthesis of inflammatory mediators. Vitamin B3 can help relieve skin redness by counteracting histamine production. Vitamin C, besides being a powerful antioxidant, strengthens capillary walls by activating collagen synthesis. Vitamin E contributes to the skin repair process and modulates inflammation. In addition, thanks to its antioxidant function, it counteracts the harmful action of free radicals on the skin, slowing down cell ageing and the appearance of wrinkles and dry skin. Horse Chestnut extract is characterized by its high escin content, which improves venous contractility by regulating the degradation of the mucopolysaccharides of the venous tissue. Horse Chestnut also reduces vascular permeability. Escin also interferes with the release of inflammatory mediators that promote the activation, migration and adhesion of leukocytes. Butcher’s Broom extract reduces vascular permeability and promotes vasoregulation. Chamomile contains phenols and flavonoids, such as apigenin and quercetin, and is known for its calming and soothing properties.
