Seroplant is a food supplement containing Melatonin, Passiflora, Hawthorn, Linden, Ashwagandha, Poppy extracts and Niacin.

Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. This beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime. Melatonin also contributes to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag. This beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0,5 mg to be taken close to bedtime on the first day of travel and on the following few days after arrival at the destination. Niacin contributes to normal psychological function and normal function of the nervous system. Hawthorn (Crataegus oxycantha) promotes relax and mental wellbeing. Linden (Tilia platyphyllos and/or Tilia cordata) favours relax and facilitates sleep in case of stress. Red Poppy (Papaver Rhoeas) counteracts localized tension. Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera) is a plant with tonic-adaptogen function, it acts as a tonic in case of mental and/or physical tiredness, and favours relax and mental wellbeing. Passiflora (Passiflora Incarnata L.) favours relax, facilitates sleep in case of stress and promotes mental wellbeing.

The recommended dose is 1 tablet per day.
